Tasting: Shiraz is synonymous with McLaren Vale and this wine is a great example of what the region has to offer. The nose is fragrant, bursting with aromas of dark cherries, plums, herbs, spices and black olives. Rich and full bodied, the palate coats the mouth with velvet like tannins leaving a warm, dry finish.  Cellaring potential, 20 years plus.
