Several of our wines were recently reviewed by Stuart Knox and Aaron Brasher of the Real Review:
2022 Adelaide Sangiovese Rosé
Medium salmon-pink hue. Red cherry and smoky spices on the nose. Soft red fruits in the core with a savoury spice and earthy undertone. Tannins bring tension and focus to the decent length, bone-dry finish - 90 Points
2021 McLaren Vale Shiraz
Dark, deep and inky in the glass. Heady aromas of mulberry, dark cherry, plum conserve, dried herbs and there's a lick of charry oak in there as well. Plush, mouth-filling and opulent on the palate, chock-full of dark fruits, mocha and sweet spice. There's absolute power and concentration in the fruit, but there's also balance and real drinkability - 92 Points
2021 Adelaide Sangiovese Cabernet
Dark and inky red in the glass. Lifted aromas of bramble, mulberry, dark cherry, graphite and spice. Firm, savoury and textured on the palate. There's a core of blue and black fruits and there's a touch of mint in there as well. The tannins are quite drying, dusty and grippy and the acidity has punch. Structured and quite sophisticated drinking - 90 Points
